A History of

Sweet Oil Company was formed in 1997 in Newark, Delaware. In March 2007, GPM Investments LLC, purchased all 70 Sweet Oil convenience stores. Today, Sweet Oil has a dealer network of 120 stores that stretches from Rhode Island to Virginia. Sweet Oil is currently a distributor of BP, Exxon, Marathon and Valero motor fuel products.
